Info from Licensor: "I witnessed a confrontation between a Wildlife officer and a man at the fuel pump. The man would not cooperate or comply with the officers instructions he was yelling and cussing at the officer and it escalated quickly. I thought they were going to fight so I started to record. I thought I should take video and if they did fight and the officer needed assistance I would’ve jumped in on his side and helped. But the officer deployed, his taser and the guy caught fire so it was over. Credit: G. M."
