Info from Licensor: "My children have grown and I was tired of swimming alone so I thought who better than a duck to swim with. I raised two Pekin ducks. We named them Laverne and Shirley until Lavern grew into a Vern. He and I are inseparable. When I dive in my pool, he dives in and loves to swim with me! I now no longer have to swim alone."
