He unexpectedly falls asleep mid-conversation and his foster mom never finds out what he was trying to say. Collins had always been the chattiest of his siblings since arriving at The Fur Seasons at 10 days old. Collins was adopted shortly after returning to the shelter in Fort Wayne, Indiana."
