Info from Licensor: "This is my dog Moses, he is about four years old here. He loves to howl but only at this one video. I have literally played hundreds of dogs howling videos and this is the only one he responds to. We call the video his friend, he gets VERY excited when you ask him if he wants to say hello to his friend. Fun fact Moses is 100% blind, eyes are totally decorative, they don’t work at all! Which many people don’t believe until he walks into something. I made this costume for him since I am a paramedic. Each time you put it on him he won’t move until you take it off hahaha I would love to hear him with a sassy Australian accent!"
