Info from Licensor: "I saw and filmed the distressed mom bear on roadside in Tahoe trying to reunite her two cubs. One cub crossed the barrier, while the other struggled. The traffic stopped in both directions to give space to the bear family reunion effort. It was a truly moving scene to all bystanders. Eventually the bear family reunited with the struggling cub crawling over the barrier! The reason nobody came to assist is the protective mom bear would likely attack anyone to approach her cubs.
