Info from Licensor: "The child crawled into the plaster ceiling to retrieve a balloon that had gotten stuck up there. When the staff heard the child's sounds and the noise of them crawling, they were able to figure out the child's location. One of my employees reacted extremely quickly and accurately to catch the child. Fortunately, no one was injured."
