Info from Licensor: "I didn't get injured. I am going to contact DOT (NYC and NYS). Hopefully, one day, I'll get reimbursed for the tow and a car. Again, I didn't injury myself. There's no big payout. My car was damaged. Both tires are gone. Front end bumper damage. Transmission seems damaged. This is all I can see from a superficial overview. It seems like I have 90 days from the accident to file a claim. 5k is the most if it's a small claim. There are online forms I have to fill out for NYS and NYC.
