Info from Licensor: "I was driving northbound on 31 in Muskegon, Michigan at 2pm while I was out delivering parts for my business I started seeing this guy for like a mile dodging traffic in the southbound lane and finally decided to pick my phone up and film in case something happened and then he slammed into a 77 year old guy just as I zoomed in on him. Luckily everyone was okay and they arrested the drunk driver."
