While merging, you see a known local man in a wheelchair merging with traffic. A lot of locals know of him, have had similar experiences, and find the video relatable. I was just documenting my daily route and others commented things like “I see him all the time” and “I’ve just accepted the craziness of this city.” Atlanta is definitely an experience."
