Info from Licensor: "My 7 year old daughter was attending my mom’s fitness group with me. The daily exercise involved a team relay race with bear crawls. Before each bear crawl, each team would have to complete push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. My daughter decided she wanted to participate and joined our team. As we all gave it our all, she crawled past us with incredible speed, making it look effortless. We were all thoroughly impressed."
