Info from licensor: There was a bird flying around inside the house, and my kid was running after it, trying to chase it out. When the bird finally flew out the door, the child shut the door, but unfortunately, the edge of the door scraped against the track, causing it to shatter into pieces. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
