Info from Licensor: "This family of 4 got into the gondola near the Rialto Bridge. The gondola driver pulled out not even 10 feet and it looked like he lost his balance, they all tipped to the right and no one moved so the boat flipped. The gondola and all 5 people floated down while other boats came to help."
