Info from Licensor: I was driving home from a festival with a friend when we noticed the truck in front of us was wobbling. When we got closer, we realize sparks were flying and two of their wheels were missing. We tried several times to stop them by pulling in front of them, at one point several people even tried to help us with their own vehicles. The two men inside (we originally thought it was a woman driving because of his long hair) were not very friendly and refused to stop.
